Day 1 -
• Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) (Flight details TBD) – You will be met by a representative and escorted through passport control, baggage claim, and customs.

Day 2 -
• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
• Florentin District Graffiti Tour – Your guided tour through this colorful artisan district will introduce you to some of Israel's best local street artists. You'll learn about the great art that fills the streets of south Tel Aviv and get a sense of how the street art in this vibrant neighborhood captures the social, political, and cultural moods in contemporary Israeli society.
• Levinsky Market Tour – Get a taste of the modern culinary scene in Israel on a guided tasting tour through the Levinsky Market, one of Tel Aviv's best-kept secrets. This gem of a local market has a bit of everything on offer, and you'll have the chance to sample some of the finest market-fresh cuisine in Israel.

• Palmach Museum – Dedicated to documenting the history of the first national enlisted force of the Haganah, the unofficial underground Jewish army in the period prior to the establishment of the State of Israel. This interactive museum recreates the experiences of young Palmach recruits from the earliest days in 1941 through the end of the War of Independence in 1949.

Day 4 -

• Caesarea National Park – Home to ancient palaces built for King Herod, a Roman amphitheater, historic port, and other Roman archaeological wonders, such as the Promontory Palace with the remains of its mosaic floor.
• SUFA Academy – Learn the secrets of Israel’s success as a security powerhouse directly from the country’s elite fighters themselves. Your personalized SUFA adventure will have you learning the same skills using the very training methods experienced by the elite fighting forces of the IDF’s most highly respected combat units.

• Old Acre (Akko) – One of the oldest ports in Israel, this ancient Crusader city boasts archaeological wonders spanning the entire length of the port’s history, including the famous Templars’ Tunnel along the coast, the expansive Knights’ Hall, and the charming open-air market.

Day 5 -

• Banias Nature Reserve – Home to the largest and most powerful waterfall in Israel, beautiful hiking trails through lush vegetation along the Hermon Spring, ancient shrines and the ruins of a temple built by Herod the Great, as well as an ancient flour mill still in operation today.

• Golan Heights Jeep Tour – Off-road tour of the stunning mountain landscapes of the beautiful Golan, highlighting some of the historical and political landmarks of one of Israel's most fascinating and complicated regions.
• Golan Winery – Fascinating tour of the winery that highlights the entire wine-making process: from tilling the soil, through harvesting and pressing the grapes, and finally to barrel-aging and bottling the different wines. As part of your tour, you'll sample a number of the winery's select wines and enjoy an illuminating discussion of the local wine industry.

Day 6 -

• Magdala – The ancient port city known as the hometown of Mary Magdalene, this town was once a center of trade and culture; it is home to one of only a handful of synagogues that have been discovered dating back to the time of Jesus.
• Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu – A religious kibbutz that is dedicated to organic farming and natural, religious living. Here your guide will teach you about religious life on a kibbutz, the organic farming methods used in their fields, the use of bumble bees in pest control, and more.

• Camel Excursion – A desert adventure, on four knobby-kneed legs. You'll come away from the ride with a new appreciation for these majestic beasts of burden (not to mention some great photo opportunities).
• ATV Adventure – Begin with a rugged ATV trek over the rolling, rocky terrain of the Judean Hills, where you'll hop out for cave explorations and breathtaking views of the desert at sunset.

Day 7 -

• Full-Day Walking Tour of the Old City – The Old City was historically divided into four ""Quarters"" (though these distinctions don't always correspond to religious or ethnic divisions, as their names might suggest). Some of the highlights of your tour might include:
• The Muslim Quarter – You can see a number of historic mosques as well as such important Christian sites as the Church of St. Anne, the Via Dolorosa and 14 Stations of the Cross, and the underground Pools of Bethesda.
• The Christian Quarter – Here you’ll find the Church of the Holy Sepulcher as well as many other historic churches and monasteries.
• At the center of the Old City you'll find the lively Arab suq (market), which is a great place to get lost looking for lunch or a gift.

Day 8 -

• Masada – After ascending to the top of this mountain fortress via cable car (options for hiking), you'll explore the fascinating remains of King Herod's palace, including the roman-style bath house and the ancient storerooms and watchtowers. Here you'll learn about the significance of the site and the mass suicide that occurred during the Roman siege on the fortress.
• Lunch and Swim/Float in the Dead Sea – Take a relaxing break from touring and experience the once-in-a-lifetime thrill of weightlessness as you float in the mineral-rich hypersaline water at the lowest spot on earth. • Yad Vashem – At Israel’s official Holocaust memorial site and definitive source for Holocaust education, documentation, and research you’ll have an opportunity to learn about and pay tribute to the victims of the Holocaust, Jews who fought their Nazi oppressors, and non-Jews who aided the victims of the Nazi regime.

• City of David - Hezekiah's Tunnel – At the City of David, you’ll encounter fascinating archaeological discoveries from both the First and Second Temple periods. In Hezekiah's tunnels, you'll wade in the darkness through knee-deep water and learn about how King Hezekiah built this intricate system. Make sure to bring shorts and water shoes for the full experience, but don’t worry – there’s an option for dry tunnels!
• Farewell Dinner with Chef Tal – Enjoy a fabulous hand-crafted meal with the talented Chef Tal, who will indulge you and your family with a personalized feast in his celebration tent. • Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport – Your driver will meet you just outside the lobby of your hotel and transport you to Ben Gurion Airport for your departure flight (details TBD).
• Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport – Your driver will meet you just outside the lobby of your hotel and transport you to Ben Gurion Airport, Terminal 1, for your flight to Eilat.
• Transfer to the Arava Border – Your driver will meet you just outside arrivals and take you to the border, where you will be helped with the formalities of crossing into Jordan. On the Jordanian side, you will be met by your guide to begin your Jordan excursion.

• Travel to Wadi Rum – Your visit to this protected site will include stops at a number of landmarks associated with Lawrence of Arabia, such as Khazali Canyon and the Seven Pillars of Wisdom. You’ll also enjoy a jeep tour through spectacular desert landscapes, imposing rock formations, and red sand dunes.
• Buffet dinner is included at the Bedouin Camp.
• Astronomy Tour – A curated star tour that includes naked-eye and telescope observations of magnificent "star-scapes" in the unpolluted desert sky in the Wadi Rum area. (weather permitting)

• Tour of Petra – A local guide will lead your tour through this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

• The Treasury – The most famous monument in all of Jordan, this intricately carved rock façade highlights the technological and architectural sophistication of the Nabataeans.
• Rose-Red City – Your tour will take you through all the major landmarks of this remarkable site, including the Theater, the Dam, the many tombs and monuments, the Street of Façades, and more.
