Your Ship - Holland America Line Noordam
The mid-sized Noordam will be a perfect vessel to take us from exciting Singapore, to even more exciting Hong Kong! Unlike most modern ships, the Noordam has a lot of classic touches including a full walk-round exterior teak promenade. Exterior glass elevators provide fantastic sea views from any of the 10 decks. Noordam offers amazing amenities and activities. The Greenhouse Spa and Salon is the perfect place to pamper yourself. You can enjoy a hot stone massage, a facial, or get a manicure. Work up a sweat at the fitness center, or relax poolside and soak in the sun. There's an Internet café where you can check your email or send home pictures from your vacation. Club HAL is dedicated to the ship's youngest guests, The Loft is exclusively a teen zone.
Dining / Food on Noordam
Enjoy a fine meal on Noordam, and the experience is well worth repeating. The Vista Dining Room provides only the best service and pairs an extensive wine list with a five-course meal. Menus range from continental cuisine to vegetarian and low-carb. The Lido Restaurant is a more relaxed option for any meal of the day, and features cooked-to-order specialties. The Pinnacle Grill is an amazing steakhouse with premium beef and seafood dishes. Enjoy a coffee at the Explorations Café, or a more casual meal at the eateries located poolside and on various decks. The ship also has complimentary room service, and its available 24-hours a day.
Entertainment on Noordam
After the sun goes down, the nightlife on Noordam is a very chic experience. With a grand variety of entertainment options, you are sure to enjoy yourself every evening. Start the night at the Vista Show Lounge, which features live performances by vocalists, comedians, variety acts, dancers and even illusionists. The Crow's Nest is a great nightspot, unrivalled as a nightclub to dance the night away to terrific dance music. For a more relaxed evening, gather your friends and head over to one of the bars and lounges on board for a cocktail.

Day 1- Singapore, Singapore
The fun begins the moment you board the Noordam - which has been designed from bow to stern for your fun and enjoyment. As we sail out of Singapore, we'll gather for a hosted Daddy Cruise Party. Here, you'll meet your fellow cruisers and start making new friends right away (good thing, we'll be together for two weeks!). We'll sail past Singapore's impressive skyline out into the South China Sea.
Days 3 & 4 - Bangkok (Laem Chabang), Thailand
One of the most visited cities in the world, Bangkok is renowned for having a variety of sceneries, from a majestic coastline and concrete skyscrapers to golden-wrapped temples. You'll find yourself surrounded by tuk-tuks and taxis and overwhelmed by the appealing smell of the fantastic street food of Bangkok. My personal favorite? A (legitimate!) one-hour Thai massage, for under $10, available all over town. But don't miss the sights, too: the Grand Palace, the Temple of the Golden Buddha, Wat Suthat and the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Good thing we're there overnight with two days to explore!
Day 6 - Ho Chi Minh City (Phu My), Vietnam
Over four decades have passed since the fall of Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City). But the essence of the city, a major trading center for centuries, remains unchanged. The French influence is everywhere, but definitely with a Vietnamese take. Jade Emperor Pagoda (Taoist) is a must-see, as is Notre Dame Cathedral (Catholic). Shopping at Ben Thanh Market or Dong Khoi Street will not disappoint, especially if you break for the tempting cuisine.
Day 8 - Kota Kinabalu, Borneo (Malaysia)
Kota Kinabalu, also known as KK to those in the know, is a modern city that has not forgotten its roots. Located on the northwest coast of the Island of Borneo, the world's third-largest island, KK is also home to a modern arts scene, rich culinary heritage, long sandy beaches, pristine coral reefs, tropical rain forests, diverse cultures and beautiful flora and fauna.
Day 10 - Puerto Princes, Palawan (Philippines)
Puerto Princesa, the capital of Palawan in the Philippines, is home to 250,000 people and offers a vastly different experience from Manila’s often overwhelming big-city dynamism. For many travelers, it’s simply a gateway to the resorts of El Nido, also on Palawan Island. Those who spend some time here, however, will discover a city that combines a laid-back vibe with beautiful sandy beaches and a wealth of marine life. Nearby, there are also lush mountains, rain forests, waterfalls and dramatic limestone cliffs.
Day 11 - Boracay, Philippines
Discover the idyllic shores of Boracay on Holland America Asia cruises. Boracay is a small tropical island in the Philippines where visitors can relax under rustling palms or partake in thrilling water adventures, such as snorkeling its vibrant coral reefs. There’s more to Boracay than white-sand beaches and cerulean waters. Its most recognized landmark is Willy’s Rock, a tidal island topped with a Virgin Mary shrine.
Day 12 - Manila, Philippines
Manila offers you a layered look at the Philippines, where history, culture, and modern city life come together in one busy capital. From the preserved walls of Intramuros to broad boulevards and public squares, the city reflects centuries of influence shaped by trade, colonization, and local tradition. We’ll offer an overnight tour that helps bring context to the landmarks, while quieter corners reveal churches, museums, and everyday neighborhoods that tell the city’s deeper story. It will also give you a peek at the LGBTQ scene in this Asian capital.
Day 13 - Manila, Philippines
Along the bay and in nearby districts, Manila provides a mix of local dining, shopping, and cultural stops that can be tailored to different interests and time frames. While the city is energetic and sometimes intense, it rewards visitors with insight into the country’s past and present.
Day 15 - Hong Kong, China
Oh my! Another one of the world's great cities. Hong Kong defies stereotypes. You have to experience it to get it. Join us for a post-cruise tour. Or, return home—relaxed and rejuvenated, and full of memories that will last a lifetime!
