Three-Michelin star Chef Emmanuel Renaut is behind the La Mer – A French Bistro, and another Michelin star chef specialising in Chinese cuisine is behind Harmony. Other cover-charge restaurants are Sabatini’s (Italian cuisine), Crown Grill (steak and seafood), La Mer (French bistro), and there’s Ocean Terrace, à la carte seafood.
Traditional dining in the Main Room offers a pre-selection of seating times throughout the cruise. Anytime Dining (when and with whom you choose) is offered in the Concerto and Symphony Dining Rooms.

Day 1 - Los Angeles, California Los Angeles cruise bring you to a city of magnificent natural wonders, interesting neighborhoods, and excellent cuisine. Day 2 - Fun Day at Sea!

Day 3 - New Year's Eve Celebration at Sea!
Count down and count your blessings on the biggest night of the year with a special New Year’s Eve dinner followed by a midnight celebratory Champagne toast.
Day 4 - Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
Lying at the very tip of Baja, where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez, Cabo San Lucas - or "Cabo" - is one of the premier resort destinations in the Western Hemisphere. Swim in the transparent waters, marvel at the wealth of marine life, relax on one of the white-sand beaches or try your hand at some of the finest sportfishing in the world.
Day 5 - Loreto, Mexico
This ancient and beautiful destination, cradled by the lush hills of the Sierra de la Giganta and the cobalt waters of the Sea of Cortez, immerses you in history and culture from the moment you step onto its shores. Sparkling beaches and dramatic cliff-top vistas invite thrill-seekers and eco-travelers alike to discover the local flora and fauna and the abundant water activities.
Day 6 - Fun Day at Sea!
What’s the hurry to get there? We’ll enjoy another relaxing day at sea. Or, will that be another exhilarating day at sea? It’s your vacation, so you decide!
Day 7 - Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Puerto Vallarta was sleepy no more; its transformation into an international resort had begun. Today, the city has its own "Gringo Gulch," a haunt of the rich and famous. Travelers are also drawn by its climate, its excellent shopping - which offers great values on leather goods, jewelry, and handicrafts - and mile after mile of palm-lined beaches.
Day 8 - Mazatlan, Mexico
Lying just below the Tropic of Cancer, Mazatlan boasts a superb year-round climate. Mazatlan, a name that means "Place of the Deer," sits on a peninsula at the feet of the rugged Sierra Madre, and the Cerro de Neveria - "Ice Box Hill" - divides the area's rocky Pacific beaches from the broad, white-sand beaches beloved by visitors. The climate, the beaches, and the world-class sportfishing have turned this commercial fishing port into one of the world's top resort destinations.

Prices are per person based on double occupancy and include almost everything: your private cabin and transportation from port to port, onboard entertainment, onboard activities, most beverages (pay extra for alcohol and certain other drinks), all your meals (including free room service!), all the Daddy Cruise extras, and much more.
