Argentina Adventure Gay Tour Itinerary

Day 1 - Tuesday, April 14, 2026
Buenos Aires, Argentina
Arrive in Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport (EZE), where you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to the host hotel.

This afternoon, begin your orientation of the city with a walking tour of the Recoleta neighborhood. We will begin with a visit to Alvear Avenue, which is famous for having the best and most sophisticated shops.

Following that path, we will arrive at the mythical café called "La Biela". In front of it, the oldest tree in Buenos Aires can be seen, which has a sculpture made only of auto parts holding a branch of the huge tree symbolizing the concept of “Atlas”, carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders.

After taking pictures of the gorgeous bicentennial tree, we’ll walk to the front of the Basilica "Nuestra Señora del Pilar" (Our Lady of Pilar) where we’ll have a spectacular view from the outside. From that point, we will have time to explore the Recoleta Cemetery.

After, we visit a traditional Gelateria to enjoy an ice cream while taking in the view of the Recoleta Neighborhood.

Then we return to the hotel by walking near several sidewalk cafés.

This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

Gay Buenos Aires tour

Day 2 - Wednesday, April 15, 2026
Buenos Aires, Argentina
This morning, enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we set out for a tour of the highlights of Buenos Aires. After boarding our deluxe motor coach, we’ll pass through some of the city’s most famous and unique landmarks. We make a stop at May Square where you’ll discover the Government House and the Metropolitan Cathedral. This place is known as the Main Square of the city.

Driving through the Bohemian San Telmo neighborhood, you will be amazed by the style reflected in its cafés and its cobblestone streets. The Antique Market is a must-see in this place. Next we head to the colorful neighborhood of La Boca, a quaint Italian harbor district famous for its unique row of brightly colored homes. We will also pass by Boca Juniors Stadium and then enjoy walking along the iconic Caminito street, well known for maintaining the typical Argentine traditions.

We’ll then return to the hotel, where you are on your own for lunch and an afternoon at leisure.

Tonight, we take in an iconic Argentinian art form, the tango. Rojo Tango is devilishly delicious and the best tango in town by far; a one-of-a-kind experience in Buenos Aires. As soon as you walk into the impressive and imposing central hallway of the Faena Hotel and into “El Cabaret”, where Rojo Tango performs at night, the iconic experience begins. The high ceiling and clerestory windows resemble a church nave, and that’s how Philippe Starck, the revolutionary French designer, imagined it. It’s not just a regular dinner and show; it has the presence of all the tango standards: somber mood, emotional madness, lost love, and lovers. Fascinating artistic madness that conquers all senses, combining movement, colors, sounds, fragrances, and flavors.

After, we’ll enjoy empanadas (small meat pies), wine, and an open bar as a welcome reception. After, we’ll be invited to visit the carriages museum and the spectacular vegetable garden.

Next we’ll have an Argentinian BBQ for lunch and Folklore show.

Following lunch, witness an Art Equestrian practice, which is a demonstration of how they train the horses that participate in the Escuadra de Arte Ecuestre Argentino.

Patagonia gay tour - Perito Moreno Glacier

Day 6 - Sunday, April 19, 2026
El Calafate, Patagonia
Today, following breakfast at the hotel, we embark on a full-day visit, including lunch, to the UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site of Perito Moreno Glacier. The Glacier originated about 30.000 years ago and covers an extension of 40 km over the waters of Lago Argentino. Perito Moreno is the only Glacier Dam that may reach 35m high and the most striking phenomenon is the constant roaring and booming punctuated by the explosive sound of large icebergs falling into the lake.

Upon arrival at the glacier we’ll board a boat to navigate Argentine Lake to the other shore in order to start the mini trek. Expert guides will assist us in putting on clasps to walk over the glacier. It is an incredible activity, lead by expert trekking guides for about 45 minutes, visiting the walls and fissures. This activity is extremely secure and easy to do for all levels of participants. It will allow us to experience the different ages of the ice and the colors that go from navy blue to white depending on how old the ice is.

At the end of the mini trekking activity, we’ll arrive at Eric´s Point, where a glass of whisky with ice of thousand years from the glacier and a dry snack will be served as we enjoy the wonderful view.

After returning across the lake we’ll also have time to walk the balcony trails with fantastic views of the falls. After, we return to the hotel with a bit of time to relax.

Tonight, we enjoy dinner together at a local restaurant before returning to the hotel for a restful sleep.

Cruise María Turquesa Patagonia

Day 7 - Monday, April 20, 2026
El Calafate, Patagonia
This morning, enjoy breakfast at the hotel and a morning at leisure. Midday, we depart the hotel for an unforgettable cruise. Sailing aboard the exclusive Cruise María Turquesa you’ll enjoy the highest standard of comfort and gourmet cuisine while admiring the beauty of pure nature through the glaciers.

While having lunch, you will visit: Lago Argentino – on a northwest course to Punta Avellaneda and Boca del Diablo. Spegazzini Glacier, Upsala Glacier and navigate to Canal de Los Tempanos with astonishing panoramic views of the glacier. Late afternoon, after finishing the navigation, we return to la Soledad Private port and transfer back to the hotel for some time to unwind.

This evening we have an incredible dining experience at the Cuevas de Walichu. Among the cliffs and with views of the Andes Mountains, the excursion focuses on the first contacts of expeditioners with the natives, to then enter the Tehuelche world. On the shores of the lake are the caves where thousands of years ago that culture left its marks on the rock and which today introduce us to its interpretation.

The experience begins traveling through the 25 de Mayo natural reserve in 4×4 vehicles. Enjoying an incredible panoramic image of the city and its surroundings. The first stop will be on a cliff, from where you’ll appreciate the extension of Lake Argentino and the Andes Mountains. The journey continues to Punta Walichu, an archaeological site where, through a walking tour of approximately 500 meters, you will observe and interpret with the guide the cave paintings seen on the rocks and the different techniques that were used to make them.

Finally, we arrive at a cave that is located within this archaeological zone, where, having impressive views of the Argentine Lake, we’ll enjoy a unique three-course dinner, ending an experience that immersed us in a vivid way in the practices of the first explorers.

Patagonia gay tour - Tierra del Fuego

Day 9 - Wednesday, April 22, 2026
Ushuaia, Patagonia
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a full-day exploration of Tierra del Fuego National Park including lunch.

We begin with a train ride from the End of the World Station. The historical origins of the steam train are not as scenic and pleasant as today. In 1902 engineer Catello Muratgia began construction of the famous Ushuaia Penitentiary, a prison that housed felons from all over the country for over 40 years, its isolated, end of the world location and harsh climate aided in its security. The train tracks were originally built to carry prisoners themselves or the material to be used on the worksites, including building the prison itself. In 1947, President Perón ordered the prison to be shut down; the railway would stay utilized until the 90s, when tourism company bought it and repurposed it as a scenic attraction, officially founding the “End of the World Train” at the southernmost railway in the world.

Following lunch at Alakush we ride through Laguna Negra and Beavers’ Path to arrive at the spectacular Lapataia River. We’ll stop in front of Lago Roca, and visit Ensenada Bay for the Post Office of the end of the world, to get a stamp on your passport. Thereafter, we return to Ushuaia.

Tonight’s dinner is at Chez Manu Restaurant. Chef Emmanuel Herbin offers a gastronomy proposal inspired by the roots of French cuisine and elaborated with natural products of the Argentinian Patagonia. Beautifully located on top of a hill with a panoramic view of 180°.
