We will pay homage to La Fenice Opera House where we will enjoy Enrico di Borgogna by the Italian composer Gaetano Donizetti.
We will then move to one of the most fascinating yet less known cities in Northern Italy, Verona. The city hosts the best preserved open-air Opera theatre in the world, the Arena. La Traviata by the Italian Composer Giuseppe Verdi in the enchanting atmosphere of one of the oldest Roman amphitheaters still surviving will be for sure an amazing night of our very own Gay Opera Vacation!
We will end our Gay Opera Vacation in the Fashion Capital of Italy, Milan of course, where we will discover the amazing history of the city. We will enjoy its exuberant gay nightlife at the time of Milano Pride and spend a night at La Scala Opera House for an unforgettable Opera night: Carmen by George Bizet is on. A day trip exploring Como Lake with a stop in Bellagio is without a doubt a highlight on this tour.

Day 1
Welcome to Venice, one of the most romantic cities in the world. As well as the first stop of our very own Gay Opera Tour.
In the afternoon we meet in the hotel for a welcome meeting. This is our opportunity to meet each other and have a full briefing on the Opera adventure that lies ahead.
Soon after, we will enjoy the first Opera night of our very own Gay Opera Tour at the Teatro Malibran in Venice, sister to the iconic La Fenice Opera theatre: Enrico di Borgogna by the Italian composer Giovanni Donizetti is on stage.

Day 2
After breakfast, we take a walking tour of the enchanting city of Venice. We will explore San Marco Square, as well as the typical narrow alleys and over stone footbridges characteristic of the city. Discover the sordid secrets and thrills and spills of Venice.
In the afternoon, do as you please. Why not explore some of the colorful islands nearby? Murano, Burano and Torcello are just a short boat ride away.
Whatever you choose to do, make sure to be back in time for a delicious Dinner, Venezia style: tonight’s dinner is on us of course!

Day 3
It’s time to pack: After breakfast, we take a train to reach the second destination of our Gay Opera Tour: Verona.
Verona is a charming small city, home of Romeo & Juliet!
After checking into your hotel, feel free to explore this historical city at your own pace.
In the night, we will enjoy the second Opera night of our very own Gay Opera Tour at the majestic biggest open air Opera House in the world: the Arena of Verona. La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi is on stage.

Day 4
In the morning, our Gay Opera Tour undertakes a guided tour of Verona.
Meander through the streets, squares and bridges of Verona in the words of the great Shakespeare. Visit Juliet’s tomb, Romeo’s house, and Juliet’s balcony. Get the true sense of the historical background of the legend. Not stopping there, we will also explore the palaces and places of the Della Scala family, rulers of Verona at time of the Romeo and Juliet romance.
The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy the city at your own pace. Shopping anyone?
In the evening join us for a fantastic Pizza Dinner Neapolitan style in the centre of Verona.

Day 5
After breakfast we take the high speed train to reach the last stop of our unforgettable Gay Opera Tour.
We are headed to Milan, the Italian capital of fashion and business!
Check in into our accommodation, then do as you please: this is a free afternoon to explore the city at your own pace.
After dinner an escapade of Gay bar hopping will end the evening nicely! Milan is the Gay City Capital of Italy for a reason!

Day 6
After breakfast we will head off for a tour of Lake Como, including Bellagio. Our exclusive Gay Opera Tour allows a relaxed pace to take in the picturesque landscapes and beautiful landmarks of this city. Enjoy ‘la Dolce Vita’ among villas of delight and gardens.
Enjoy a delicious lunch (your expenses) by the lake with incredible views. At the end of the tour, we will make our way back to Milan.
Tonight’s Dinner is on us, so make sure to join us for a delicious dinner Italian style with your Italy Gay Tour host.

Day 7
After a hearty breakfast the Gay Opera Tour embarks on a tour of the best-known sights of Milan. Starting in Duomo Square, we will have the opportunity to visit Milan’s Cathedral (entrance fee not included). Next off is a stroll in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele before making our way to the Brera district.
Enjoy lunch and stroll around Milan at your own pace for the rest of the afternoon. You can ask your Italy Gay Tour hosts any help and tips about the city and what to do. They are here to guide you!
A bit of time to relax, then it’s time to join the last Opera included in this amazing Opera Vacation: Carmen by George Bizet is on at La Scala Opera House.
