The Ionian islands are situated along the west coast of Greece in the Ionian sea. The complex is comprised of the following islands Corfu, Paxoi, Lefkada, Ithaka, Cephalonia, Zakynthos and Kythira. These islands are famous for their excellent climate and renowned for their exquisite landscapes, their deep blue waters and the "kantades", folklore songs with a distinctive melody, which the locals have always sung. Because of the many beautiful and quiet bays, this itinerary is excelent for a clothing optional gay sailing cruise.
Day 1 - Boarding in the marian of Lefkas town. The skippers will welcome you with a welcome drink and sow you your cabin. Free day for the guys who joins us two weeks.
Day 2 - Today we sail to the town of Sivota on the soutcoast of Lefkas Island. A beautiful village in a secluded bay where we will stay overnight.
Day 3 - Today we have a great sailing cruise along the east coast of Lefkas to Preveza, a well know sailing destionation north of Lefkas Island.
Day 4 - From Preveza we set sail to the pituresque town of Parga. Make sure you have your camera ready when you arrive. Parga is a popular holiday destination. The little town is located in a small bay of the Ioanian Sea. The beautiful coloured houses are built on the hills and you have a great vieuw over the bay from the Venetian Castle. Parga also has great beaches. Here we will stay overnight.
Day 5 - Today we cross the sea to the Island of Paxoi and drop the anchor in Laka town. On our way we will visit the famous blue caves of Paxoi.
Day 6 - A great sail today to the mainland. We wlll have another lunch stop in a bay and stay overnight is Platerias.
Day 7 - Our last sailing day of this week brings us to the capitial of Corfu, Corfu town. Part of this town got seriously damaged by an earthquake in 1953, but most Venetian buidlings are still there and make the old town a wonderful spot.
Day 8 - Time to say goodbye to your new friend for those who just join us for one week. Day of to explore Corfu Island for the other guys.
