Charming Croatia Deluxe Gay Cruise 2025 Itinerary
Day 1 - Saturday, September 27, 2025
Split, Croatia Bok! Welcome at the airport of Split (SPU), and transfer to the port.
Split, this ancient city developed around the Roman Diocletian's Palace, built by the Roman Emperor Diocletian over 1,700 years ago. The emperor had this impressive palace built to be able to spend the last years of his life after his abdication here. Diocletian's Palace and many other monuments from Roman times have been preserved in very good condition. The palace is unique in the world, as it has been inhabited for 1700 years. The famous cathedral is located in the palace and was built on top of the mausoleum of Emperor Diocletian. It was named after the patron saint of Split, Hl. dujam. Various events with local music and dance take place in the preserved parts of the palace and in the palace cellars.
Passengers can board from 2:00 PM onwards. You may wish to explore the historic center of Split (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) independently. This labyrinth of narrow medieval streets, filled with restaurants and cafes, is very charming.
In the evening, a welcome dinner will be served, and the crew will be introduced by the cruise director. The ship always moors in the heart of each city, allowing you to come and go as you please.

Day 2 - Sunday, September 28, 2025
Split - Pucišca - Makarska After breakfast, depart from Split to Pucišca, a picturesque village in the northern part of Brac Island. Here, you will find the authentic atmosphere of the Mediterranean and striking architecture with white stone facades. Pucišca is renowned for its quarry, producing a unique white stone found nowhere else. This extraordinary stone was used for the construction of iconic buildings such as the White House in Washington D.C. and the Parliament Building in Vienna. Equally famous are the stonemasons of Pucišca, sought after worldwide for the restoration of historic buildings. They have been actively involved in the construction of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona for many years.
Afterwards, we continue to Makarska, your only stop on the Croatian mainland. Makarska is a bustling coastal city considered the tourist center of Dalmatia. Here you will find long beaches, numerous shops and cafes, but you can also take a trip to a massive cliff that towers 1000 meters above the city. Overnight in Makarska
Day 3 - Monday, September 29, 2025
Makarska - Korçula After breakfast, the ship will depart for Korcula, where you will arrive in the afternoon. The eponymous capital is completely walled and surrounded by water. You will find old Venetian-style palaces, a church whose bell tower you can climb, and the birthplace of the explorer Marco Polo. In the evening, you will enjoy free time to dine in one of the many traditional fish restaurants along the old city walls. Overnight in Korcula
Day 4 - Tuesday, September 30, 2025
Korçula - Elaphiti islands - Dubrovnik After breakfast, sail past the beautiful Elaphiti Islands, an archipelago with numerous uninhabited islets. Of course, a swimming stop* is provided at this wonderful location. Shortly after noon, you will arrive in Dubrovnik, the 'Pearl of the Adriatic' and one of the best-preserved medieval cities in the world (UNESCO World Heritage Site). You can optionally take a guided city walk with an experienced guide and enjoy a magnificent view of the old city. Afterwards, you can explore the many alleyways, shops, and terraces of the traffic-free old town at your own pace. A walk along the ancient city walls is highly recommended. Day 5 - Wednesday, October 01, 2025
Dubrovnik - Mljet National Park - Kucište After breakfast, depart for the island of Mljet, a stunning nature reserve and the most forested island in the entire Adriatic Sea. The journey there is breathtaking as you sail once again past the Elaphiti Islands. After a swimming stop and lunch on board, you will arrive in Mljet after a short stretch of open sea and can freely visit the national park. Be sure to explore the salt lakes or take a walk through beautiful Mediterranean forests. A highlight is the tiny island 'Saint Mary' in the middle of the island's large saltwater lake. Here you will find the remains of a 12th-century Benedictine monastery. You can easily get there by ferry, but adventurers can also kayak there. Day 6 - Thursday, October 02, 2025
Kucište - Jelsa - Hvar After breakfast, depart from Kucište to Jelsa. En route, the captain will of course anchor again in a small bay so that you can enjoy a leisurely swim or snorkel in the azure waters. After lunch, you will arrive in Jelsa. From there, you will have the opportunity to take the bus to the island of Hvar, one of the most beautiful and well-known islands in Croatia and a gathering place for the international jet set. You can visit this beautiful medieval town with a guide and take a short walk to the fort where you have an impressive view of the city. Overnight in Jelsa.
Day 7 - Friday, October 03, 2025
Jelsa - Split After breakfast, the MS Zeus will depart for Split, the largest city in Dalmatia. The city has existed for over 1700 years and has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979. In the heart of the city stands the perfectly preserved 'Palace of Diocletian', a Roman emperor who settled in Split in the 3rd century. Split has a rich cultural life with numerous museums, the National Theatre, ancient churches, and archaeological sites, but it is also particularly pleasant in the many restaurants and bars in the narrow streets of the medieval city center. Guided city walk with our local guide and visit to Diocletian's Palace. Lunch on board. Free afternoon and evening. Overnight in Split
Day 8 - Saturday, October 04, 2025
Split / Departure
After breakfast on board, set off again to explore Split. Highly recommended is the colourful market where most locals do their shopping every morning. Around noon, it is time to say goodbye to the MS Zeus.
